Institute for a Sustainable Earth

Join the Institute for a Sustainable Earth (ISE) for a roundtable discussion on a broad range of topics concerned with energy policy. The transition to the new administration brings a lot of excitement about climate action and energy policy. ISE would like to generate a conversation among Mason faculty who work on different dimensions of this topic and other potential partners with the aim of catalyzing new collaborations.

Come learn who is doing what at Mason. Participating speakers are invited to briefly (3 min) describe their expertise and interests in the fields directly or indirectly affected by energy policy decisions. Topics may include energy research, technological advances, clean energy innovation, social justice initiatives related to energy access and consumption, economic issues, and concerns about policy pitfalls. The roundtable will feature representatives and cooperators from different sectors, disciplines, centers and institutes.
