Visiting Filmmakers Online: Joyce Sherri with Beauty & Forever

Join the College of Visual and Performing Arts for the latest edition of the Visting Film Makers Series. Joyce Sherri is a Virginia native. She received an MFA in Filmmaking from New York University. She was selected for the inaugural WGA Made In New York Writers Room and the Project Her Incubator, commissioned by Indigenous Media and Condé Nast Entertainment. Recently, Joyce was selected as the grand prize winner of the 2020 Slamdance screenplay competition for her feature script, Sweet Sixteen.
